Bookcliffs Council on Arts and Humanities is dedicated to promoting a vibrant arts and humanities community in Western Garfield County. Check back often. We will be adding biographies of our talented local artists to this page so that they may share their work with the community at large.

The Art Park property was annexed into the city of Rifle on May 20, 2009, marking a significant milestone in the eventual completion of the project.
