The BCAH Art Park resides on five acres at the junction of 16th Street and Birch Street in Rifle, Colorado. Currently the site features the former residence and art work of artist and longtime property owner William Morrow, as well as, 16 community garden plots. In the future, the site will be home to the Community Art Center, a campus that will include classrooms, lecture halls, gallery space for local artists to work and exhibit, and a residential space for a revolving “artist in residence.” The Art Park will also include a Sunrise Art Garden designed as a gathering place linking Art with the community. There will be sculpture gardens, a picnic pavilion, space for local art and craft shows, as well as, as state of the art amphitheater for theatrical and musical events.
